I suggest letting higher ranks choose lower ranking tags. its pretty simple and just hasn't been done yet. The reason I am suggesting this is because a master recently wanted a eeveelution tag.

Letting champs have custom approved tags would be nice too, like shortening Champion to Champ, or being able to use a non pokemon related tag
